This PowerPoint presentation provides a brief description of my chosen health issue (the disparity of women's cardiovascular disease in Canada), as well as an identification of my chosen health promotion model: the PRECEDE-PROCEED model.

This infographic highlights the burden of cardiovascular disease for Indigenous women in Canada. It recognizes the influencing Indigenous determinants of health while identifying a health promotion intervention as a solution.
